Appointment Booking

Cancelled or rescheduled appointments are almost impossible to fill, as clients like to plan and prepare for their service.  Therefore, we have put in place the following policies:

• A $100 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. 

• If you need to reschedule and 10 days notice is given, the deposit can be transferred ONCE. If your second appointment is rescheduled at any time, an additional $100 deposit will be required to rebook.

• If you need to reschedule and do not give 10 days notice, choose to cancel your appointment or reschedule your appointment a second time the deposit is forfeited.

• If you reschedule or cancel an appointment twice without 10 days notice you will not be able to rebook.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost.
