Policies and Agreements

Cancelled or rescheduled appointments are almost impossible to fill, as clients like to plan and prepare for their service. Therefore, we have put in place the following policies: • A $100 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. • If you need to reschedule and 10 days notice is given, the deposit can be transferred ONCE. If your second appointment is rescheduled at any time, an additional $100 deposit will be required to rebook. • If you need to reschedule and do not give 10 days notice, choose to cancel your appointment or reschedule your appointment a second time the deposit is forfeited. • If you reschedule or cancel an appointment twice without 10 days notice you will not be able to rebook. • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost. Thank you for your understanding. You are not a candidate for permanent makeup if you are: • Pregnant or nursing • Under the age of 18 • Sick with a virus or infection • Taking Blood Thinners • Prone to keloid or hypertrophic scarring • Using Accutane or have used it within the last 6 months • Allergic to pigments, metals or anesthetics (patch test available) You must receive a doctors note for the following: • Diabetes • Autoimmune diseases • Organ transplant • Heart issues • Undergoing chemo or radiation • Epilepsy
