Policies and Agreements

By booking this course, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions set forth by Precise Beauty Academy. All payments are strictly non-refundable. Once booked, you’ll receive a welcome email and a formal Course Agreement to sign via DocuSign. 1. Course Overview: This course includes online training, in-person instruction, and post-graduation support. Access to the online course begins once full payment is received. Students who complete all required models will receive certificates. This course does not teach how to tattoo lips with darker undertones (neutralization), hyperpigmentation, hypopigmentation and/or scarring. 2. Models: Students must provide live models. Lip blush models must not have darker undertones. If models are not provided, additional model-day fees may apply. 3. Fees and Payments: Group Course Fee: $3,937.50 CAD. One-on-one Course Fee: $2970.50 CAD. A $500 non-refundable deposit secures enrollment. All payments made through Afterpay are non refundable. The remaining balance is due 14 days before in-person training for release of the kit and online course access. Payments accepted by e-transfer, credit card, or LendCare financing. Credit-card payments include a processing fee. All deposits, tuition, and financed amounts are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to pay by the deadline forfeits all funds and enrollment. Withdrawals, absences, or incomplete courses do not qualify for refunds. Students financing through LendCare remain fully liable per their financing agreement. 4. Cancellations and Illness: If the instructor must cancel due to emergency, the Academy will reschedule at the earliest available date. The Academy is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs. Students unable to attend due to illness or emergency may transfer to a future course if space permits; additional fees may apply. All payments remain non-refundable regardless of illness, emergency, or scheduling changes. 5. The Student acknowledges that permanent makeup training involves use of needles, pigments, and equipment that carry inherent risks. 6. The Student releases and holds harmless Precise Beauty Academy, its owners, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in the course or subsequent services performed by the Student. By completing your booking, you confirm full understanding and acceptance of these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.
